Scope

These terms govern your use of the Birlikte app published by [to be added before release]. By using the app you accept these terms.

The service

Birlikte is a record-keeping and information app that lets you keep baby and pregnancy records on your phone, get reminders, read general information, prepare a summary for your doctor and ask the guide assistant questions.

Not a medical service

The app and the assistant do not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace a doctor. See the Health notice for details. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Who can use it

The app is for parents and caregivers aged 18 or over (or of legal age where they live). When entering information about a child you must be that child's parent or authorised caregiver.

Subscription and free trial

• Birlikte is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The current price and trial length are shown on the purchase screen in the currency your store uses.
• The free trial can be used once per store account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged to your store account.
• The subscription requires your explicit consent to the daily content service, because content is chosen on our server by week of pregnancy or age (Privacy Policy › Daily content service). A subscription can't start without it. If you withdraw consent later, daily content stops; the subscription is not cancelled automatically.
• The subscription renews for the same period and price unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel and manage it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• When the subscription ends your records are not deleted; the app works read-only. You can view records, create a doctor summary and backups, and delete your data. New records, editing and the assistant are turned off.

Guide assistant

Assistant answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. There is a daily usage limit. Do not use the assistant for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in ways that infringe others' rights.

Your data and backups

Because records are kept only on your phone, they can be lost if the device is lost or damaged or the app is deleted. You are responsible for making regular backups and keeping the backup password; we cannot recover it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Licence

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app's design, content and brand belong to us or our licensors. For the app downloaded from the App Store, these terms supplement Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).

Limitation of liability

We build the app with care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made based on the app, its content or assistant answers, or from data loss. Liability for intent, gross negligence and anything that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Effective date: 15 October 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country and your right to go to consumer arbitration bodies and courts remain unaffected.
